Teresa Turner and I reviewed the plans and the only comments we have are:
1. The City has not acquired any right-of-way yet - you may wait until the right-of-
way is acquired or leave the facility under the pavement in those areas. You may
want to consider leaving the utility under the pavement in those areas.
2. MFN. AT&T, and SSC are going to be installed 3 feet inside of the right-of-way.
The permit for their installation was approved yesterday, I do not know if this will
conflict with your proposed location of 3 feet inside the right-of-way,
A right-of-way permit will need to be completed once Owest and Touch America
have coordinated their relocation.
