In March 2002, 60% complete plans were provided to your utility company to aid in the relocation of
facilities along Bethel Road. The plans are adequate for relocations along the north side of the
proposed roadway. Storm drain improvements are currently under design for the south side of the
proposed roadway. Enclosed please find a schematic showing the location, number, and size of
the box culverts along the south side. Plans for the storm drain improvements will be forwarded
to you when they are adequate for utility relocations. Right-of-way has not been acquired on
either side of the proposed roadway. Relocations along the north side may remain under the
pavement in those areas where the right-of-way has not been acquired. The project is scheduled to
start construction in April 2004.
