RE: Second Construction Review Comments for MacArthur Park

The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer.
1. A lift station must be constructed and accepted for sanitarv sewer Line °A" to flow for this
project. Also, the master plan indicates a larger ft>rce main is needed to flow south to
Deforest Lift station gravity line.
2. On page 14 and 15 of the storm drain plans_ all inlets 10' ur lather shall have 21-inch
laterals as a minimum.
3. On page 6 of the paving plans. label the common area. Also. ~~~ho is constructing the
sidewalk in the common area''
4. On page 8 of the paving plans, who is constructing the sidewaik transition area that
connects to the proposed bike and bike trail'?
5. On page 10 of the water and sewer layout, show the existing fora: main.
6. Provide a barricade plan on MacArthur Blvd. for the suhdivision ingmsslegress locations
in the next set of plans.
7. On page 12 of the sanitarv sewer profile for line "D", concrete encase at the location
shown on the plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once [he~c umunen[s have been
