Dear Mr. Starkweather,
Per the attached letter that I wrote to the City of Coppell Engineering Department which we also
faxed to you, we have accomplished the work that we set out to do. We now have fulfilled
everything that we had promised to do for the Wynnpage HOA that we described in a letter to
your past president Glen Harvey dated February 25, 2002, with the exception of the landscaping.
Per our agreement, it is our intent to furnish the landscaping, as described in the recent letter to
the City, at the time we have scheduled to bring landscaping to the new building construction site
on the north side of Wynnpage. However, if you want it earlier, please let me or my office know
and I will have it delivered to the sign island within a week to ten days.
I apologize that this has taken as long as it has but I did discuss with you some time back that we
would get to it as we were doing the project. The project is now in stride and is to be complete
within the next 2 to 3 months. If you have any questions please call me at my office at 972 -931-
