I have attached the revised and original fee assessments reflecting the changes due since the domestic
meter sizes for this development were increased. The water and wastewater impact fees must be paid
at the Building Inspections Department. The remainder of the fees will be collected at the Public
Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road.
I have also attached an example of a letter that you can use for the off-site grading approval.
