Utility Relocation
Dear Mr. Early:
The City of Coppell intends to construct Bethel Road 1. The project consists of the
reconstruction of a 2-lane asphalt roadway to a 4-lane divided roadway with drainage and
channel improvements. The channel improvements include the construction of three
additional box culverts along the south side of Bethel Road, frorn the USPS property to
Freeport Parkway. AT&T Local Network Services facilities are located along the east
side of Royal Lane and extend eastward along the south side of the existing road to
Freeport Parkway. Facilities that are impacted by the proposed construction will need to
be relocated. The City has no objection to the facilities being relocated to the north side
of the proposed roadway. Construction of Bethel Road I is scheduled to start in April
2004, Please coordinate any utility relocations accordingly.
