Subject: Coppell Road along Forest Cove Estates
My name is Teresa Ferguson and I am the president of the Forest Cove
Estates HOA.
Our HOA board would like to meet with someone from your department to
discuss the erosion that is occurring along Coppell Road. Our
management company has left several messages for your department however
no one has returned the call.
Perhaps 1 should send you pictures so you can see how unsightly and
unsafe this ditch is? Not only does it detract from our neighborhood
but the City as well. There is a gas line that is exposed. One of our
homeowners has a sink hole in her back yard due to the erosion. There
is a large amount of garage collecting in the ditch along with exposed
tree roots. These are only some of the complaints we are receiving.
You sent an inspector a couple of months ago however there was no plan
of action or follow -up. The section of road along Devonshire is terrace
and cemented. We would like to discuss this option or installing an
underground drainage pipe.
