The City of Coppell does not currently provide water and sanitary sewer services to the properties on
the west side of S.H. 121. The property adjacent to this site, the DFW Trade Center, receives their
services from the City of Grapevine via an interlocal agreement that was entered into between the two
cities in 1995.
