Pursuant to our meeting on Tuesday, May 20, at 2:00 p.m., Lary Davis and I have reviewed the
revised plans showing a 10' shift in the driveway onto Royal Lane.
Upon a field investigation of the site, Lary and I feel that the driveway curb return as shown on the
revised plans may still be in conflict with the guardrail.
It is my understanding that we will be meeting on -site today at 2:00 to discuss possible solutions to this
situation.
