Pursuant to our conversation on the afternoon of June 27th, we would like to confirm that
Sections 9 & 10 of the Development Agreement proposed by Vari-Cite have the following
timetable:
The City will begin completions of the improvements within 30 days of the issuance of
the Certificate of Occupancy. All improvements shall be completed within 90 working
days of the initiation of construction.
If this is satisfactory, please advise Cyril Kasmir of this requested change.
Also, in Section 11, Improvement to existing Water Lines, we would like to add the following
language after the first full colon and the existing language be stricken for the balance of that
sentence. The language to be added shall read: the installation of Wrangler Drive and south
Belt Line water lines consistent with the City's Water Master Plan. The water line
improvements shall be completed at the sole cost and expense of the City by July 1, 1997.
