Please find attached seven ~i~sets of revised construction plans for approval based upon your review
comments of May 22, 2003*~l'erry Holmes will pick up four (4) sets of the approved plans from your
office when ready. You may contact Terry or me when the plans are ready.
Below are our responses to your May 22, 2003 comments.
General Notes-
1. A note requiring the contractor to protect the existing sewer line has been added to the Sanitary
Sewer Plan-Profile sheet.
2. The new mayor's name has been revised.
3. The lot identification has been revised.
4. The floodplain statement is acknowledged.
Sheet 4-
1. The double detector checks for each service have been added to the Water Plan.
2. Mx. Holmes has received the new assessment fees.
Sheet 6-
1. It is our understanding that you have now received the required letter.
