During our 2:00 p.m. meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2003 we discussed asphalt damage in three areas
on Deforest Road. The City of Coppell requests that repairs to those areas be made by sawcutting to
12" outside of the failure zones, recompacting the existing subgrade per our minimum standards, and
replacing the asphalt.
