2.3508 acres of property, located on the west side of Lakeshore
Drive, approxvnately 423.6' north of Crestside Drive, at the request
of The Richmond Group.

Replat Comments:
1. Drainage plans should be provided to insure that original and proposed drainage
patterns are maintained with this development. It appears as though the west half
of this property should go north. However, it does not appear that any provisions
have been made on the site plan for that drainage to go north. It appears as though
an offsite grading easement may be required. This entire property cannot drain to
Lakeshore, as the existing drainage system in Lakeshore was not designed to accept
it. Also provisions needs to be made to receive and convey the offsite drainage from
the south.
2. Impact fees will be required for this development.
3. Fire lanes should be labeled and have metes and bounds descriptions.
4. Provide the floodplain administrator signature block.
