Oakcrest Drainage - Overall
TO:
FROM:
RE:
Shohre, the resident at 532 Oakcrest, Fred Watts, has requested an
overall study of the drainage facilities on Oakcrest. Staff
advised him that we would forward his request to Engineering for
your assistance in doing a study and making a recommendation.
As you know, this whole area has drainage concerns and several
locations are no longer in the same condition as originally
established due to silting and/or inadvertent filling in by
builders or homeowners. As you will also recall, this area is not
addressed directly in the Storm Water Management Plan.
The study will require taking some transit shots of the grades in
this area and putting together a cost estimate for the
improvements.
Please let me know, within five working days, if you can provide
Engineering assistance in this matter in order to establishment the
best possible plan of attack.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation.
