Anthony Lockner has contacted me concerning an additional fence on the St. Joes site to screen some
mechanical areas. I told him he would need a permit. The fence is proposed within an existing utility
easement. There are three utility companies in the easement. Anthony has contacted all three and they
do not have a problem with the encroachment. The City does not have any improvements in the
easement, so I do not have a problem with the encroachment. Anthony was looking for some document
to allow the encroachment. He may be talking about a Hold Harmless. I told him that you may want
written verification from the three utility companies. He probably will contact you or Lee Stone in the near
future.
