2 Design
On October 9, 2001 TXU decided not to approve the permit. Sidewalk will need to be redesigned to avoid conflict with TXU transmission lines. Working with TXU to resolve issue.

Plans were submitted by Pacheco Koch. Minor comments were incorporated into the final bid set.
9 City of Irving
First request sent on September 12, 2001. Second letter sent with revised plans on May 7, 2002.

City of Irving did not approve permit - would not allow elevated portion of sidewalk within their easement.

14 TXU Electric
TXU denied request for use of easement. The sidewalk must cross beneath the wires within a 50 -foot radius of the transformer tower. TXU sent letter dated March 20, 2002 which provided acceptable
areas for the crossing of the TXU easements. City sent letter March 22 with exhibit showing two options for the sidewalk layout.
