Suzan,
You are correct regarding the design of the box culverts under Coppell
Road, it was not in our scope of services. I have not called the COE
regarding approval for the channel and box culvert improvements, but I
am in Fort Worth today and will get the contact names and call them this
afternoon or tomorrow morning.

We just had a meeting with F&N for the design of their portion of
Bethel Road.
In looking at the schematic you sent for the drainage channel and box
culverts -you have a number and size of culverts shown for Coppell
Road. I just want to verify that the design of the box culverts under
Coppell Road is not in your scope of services.
Also, have you determined whether we will need approval from the COE
for the channel and box improvements?
