Dear Mr. Beene:
Attached are mark ups for traffic signals (Moore intersection), street lights, and pavement
markings as per your letter dated November 13, 1997.
Staff reviewed your request and concluded that traffic signals and street lights are not
warranted at this time. However, it is requested for your consultant to design conduits and
poll boxes for future connection.
To address your request for ornamental bridge rails, the City cannot participate for any
items, such as bddge amenities which lies in another city, as was requested by the City of
