Utility Easements
Dear Ms. Brown:
As you are aware, I have been trying to contact Mr. Mark Askew with ARC IV, L.L.C. to
determine when we would receive the water line easements. I finally called the manager
of the mobile home park and asked for her help in contacting Mr. Askew. Mr. Askew
called on June 6, 2003 and was less than responsive about the easements. He said that
the legal department would get to the easements when they got to them. The utility
easement documents were sent to Mr. Askew on February 13, 2003.
