1. Need pad around valve stack MLV, DOM, and IRRG.
2. Need to reseal pipe in bottom of manhole east of building
3. Mark MH in red on curb for three manholes
4. Repair damaged manhole, southeast of building
5. Need test papers on DOM and IRRG DC's.
6. All meters and DC cans need to be raised to ground level
7. Missing FH street marker blue button
8. Need brass plugs DOM and IRRG DC's.
