Right-of-Way Dedication Deeds for two tracts located at the southeast and
northeast comers of Denton Tap and Natches Trace Drive in Coppell,
Texas.
Dear Mike:
Please find enclosed the above mentioned deeds which were previously sent to the City
for execution and filing. Please disregard the previous mailing and use these to execute
and file in Dallas County.
As you may know, we have the southeast comer of Denton Tap and the S.H. 121 Bypass
under contract. The deed for the northeast comer of Denton Tap and Natches Trace
affects this transaction. Please keep me informed regarding the status of these deeds and
forward the filing information as soon as possible after they are filed.
If you have any questions regarding the information contained in this letter or the

Dollars ($10.00) to it cash in hand paid and other good and valuable considerations, paid by the
CITY OF COPPELL ("Grantee"), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have
granted, sold, and conveyed and by these presents do grant, sell, and convey unto Grantee, a
permanent and perpetual fight-of-way, together with the customary uses attendant thereto, on, under,
across, and along the property situated in Dallas County, Texas, and described and depicted on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described right-of-way, together with all and singular,
the right of appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto Grantee, its successor, and assigns
forever, without warranty as title by Grantor and otherwise subject to all matters of record.

BEGINNING at a 1/2 iron rod set at the intersection of the North right-of-way
line of Natches Trace Ddve ( a variable width right-of-way) and the proposed
