Please disregard the previous mailing and use these to execute and file in Dallas County. As you may know, we have the southeast comer of Denton Tap and the S.H. 121 Bypass under contract. The deed for the northeast comer of Denton Tap and Natches Trace affects this transaction. Please keep me informed regarding the status of these deeds and forward the filing information as soon as possible after they are filed.
