De~ Mr. Dybala:
The purpose of this letter is twofold, one to document recent discussions with City of Coppell
concerning bridge amenities and secondly to make requests concerning normal City
reimbursables.
First, you should know that members of my staff have had discussions recently with Ken Griffin
of the City of Coppell concerning the possibility of providing ornamental rail on the bridge.
Mr. Griffin asked about the possibility of the City of Dallas funding his request anc~ azked that
we check with the City of Dallas. We indicated to him that we t~ught the City of Dallas would
bc unwilling to fund a request for amenities in another city. However, as Mr. Griffin requested,
we are checking with you. Would thc City of Dallas bc willing to conside~*--~'nai~g atly bridge
amenities such as ornamental railings?
Secondly, enclosed you will find three sets of copies of the title sheets and plan sheetS number
P4 through P18, prepared by Halff Associates, Inc., the consulting engineer for this Belt Line
Road project.
Please mark thc locations of the street light conduits and/or street light foundations, that
may be desired and will be funded by your City.
Please provide information or mark ups for pavement markings, pavement markers,
cross-walks, stripes, etc., that may be desired and will be :funded by your City.
Please mark up any traffic signal items (for thc Moore intersection), i.e., traffic signal
conduit, traffic signal foundations, controller box foundations, etc., that may be desired
and will be funded by your City,
