This letter is a follow -up to my letter of June 4, 2003 written to you regarding asphalt maintenance
repairs to be done on Deforest Road. You or your agent should immediately contact the City of
Coppell with scheduling information for the repair project.
On a related matter, we have had previous discussions about the erosion control measures along
Deforest Road from Allen Road east to the Windsor Estates entrance. The erosion control currently in
place is not functioning properly and needs to be corrected to allow for the proper flow of storm water.
Please contact me immediately on these matters which have become increasingly serious as a result of
the recent rainstorms in the area.
