This area has been a problem for a while for which we have done remedial work on several occasions,
The entire stretch of Oakcrest on the west side has problems due to misalignment of culverts and resulting
build up, Years ago Shohre D. drew up plans for resolving these problems but the plans never became a
project. I gave a copy of those plans to Glenn weeks ago for submittal as a potentiallMF project but
haven't heard if they would be acted upon.
Irrigation water keeps the pond from disappearing. I believe the best we can do now is to move the puddle
to the resident's yard unless we continue down Oakcrest until we reach the break about four lots down. I
will issue a work order so its on our system, Please look for/at those plans.

Have you ever looked at a drainage problem at the intersection of Oakcrest and Sandy Oak? I was out
there today and there's standing water at the intersection and we haven't had any rain since?? It looks as
if some ditch work would help. The caller was Jennifer at 972-745-3609 if you need to enter it into the
