David Jarvis who lives at 591 Oak Bend called today. He said that he's called and talked with you, Ken,
and Per in the past. His issue is that the creek (Cottonwood) behind his house has eroded and several
trees have fallen into the creek. Of course that is all his reponsibility to maintain but there is also a 30'
sanitary sewer easement near the creek and he indicated that the erosion has caused the sewer to be
exposed. You may want to send someone out to verify whether or not the sewer has been exposed. Let
me know and I will calf him and explain the maintenance responsibility of the creek. Thanks.
