Pursuant to our earlier meeting and conversation regarding the request by Mr. Robertson
to rezone the property on Coppell Road, i would like to offer my comments and
concerns, The proposed project and site layout appear to be within the guidelines and
recommendations ofthe study commissioned by the Coppell City Council and do not
adversely affect the surrounding areas. However, my property at 536 S. Coppell Road lies
immediately west and contiguous to the Robertson property and I am concerned with t1~e
drainage and Mow of water onto my property. I believe this current drainage problem as
wallas any future problems can be addressed and corrected as this project is developed.
Please feel free to pass along my comments to the appropriate committees and/or City
Council at the next review. I will be unable to attend the meeting due to an earlier
commitment,
