I spoke with Ken about this project. He said that engineering doesn't get involved with individual
residential development. He said that they typically submit a lot grading plan when they take out a
building permit. Also, unless the property is located within a floodplain, the property owner is free to move
dirt around.
If a property owner negatively impacts a neighboring property with regard to drainage, it is a civil matter.
Have they submitted for a building permit yet?
