I realize that the engineering plans for Securiock Self Storage are in the preliminary stages and, therefore, might
not currently reflect what the final design of the water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage will be. These
engineering aspects are subject to change during the design process and might require additional easements
from the City of Coppell. These easements will be coordinated with the City of Coppell Engineering Department
and properly accounted for on the Final Plat prior to filing.
