FYI - Larry Davis and I looked at a couple of driveways this morning at the request of John ( ?) with the
Holmes Builders. The addresses are 153 Shadydale and 148 Oak Trail. We are all in agreement that
they need to match the new driveways with the adjacent existing drives. These will require 18" RCP's.
I've already spoke with John and he's fine with it.
On another note.... there's the new house at the NE corner of Shadydale Ln and Shady Oak that was built
by Steve Payne. We had discussed him not putting anything under the two driveways and just allowing
the water to flow on the surface from west to east. He's poured the driveways and it looks as if the
western drive is lower than the eastern one and that could create some drainage problems. You may
want to have him verify the flows before you sign off on the house. Just another FYI.
