This is a le request__t6 begin clearing and dirt
preparation on the above mentioned project as requested by
Russell Doyle. I have spoken with Mr. Doyle and Mr. Sieb
regarding this request with no objections from either department.
The Final Plat has been approved by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. I have also enclosed a copy of a letter that has
been sent to Gary Sieb rquesting that the Final Plat be added on
the first available City Council meeting agenda for approval.
Please notify our office at your earliest cnvenience regarding
the approval of this request.
