Dear Mr. Earle:
As you know the above referenced project has been reviewed by Mr. Ron Morrison
of Kimley-Horn & Associates, on behalf of the City of Coppell, for the Cottonwood
Creek floodplain determination.
As per ordinance #89438.1... when any development within the City includes
property within floodplain areas of the City, non-refundable fees shall be
collected to co the Cit ~ s coneultanttretained tohconduct the floodplain review

Attached please find a copy of letter from Mr. Morrison, dated November 14, 1990,
regarding the related floodplain review fee and services rendered. Please
provide a check for the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the City of Coppell, and
forward it to our Finance Department no later than December 3, 1990 at 3:00 P.M. ~"
Please note that should any additional review become necessary on your project,
we will, in advance, keep you informed and then we will forward such invoices to
you for collection.
