Dear Ken:
We received the information you provided concerning a proposed partial taking of the above
referenced lot in Oakbend for the widening of Thweatt Road. Unfortunately, the drawing did not
have sufficient information to determine the adequacy of the remainder portion of the lot for
construction of a home. I have therefore enclosed a copy of the floor plan for the "smallest" home
we have available in Oakbend which might possibly fit on the lot. The plan has a width of 48' and a
depth of 64'-6". We would be willing to work with the City concerning sale of the right-of-wa}~ under
these circumstances providing the lot remains useable for a homesite.
Please give me a call concerning this issue as it is necessary for us to move forward with a disposition
of this lot. This is the only unsold site in the subdivision and the homeowners have been inquiring as
to what our plans are. Thanks again for your cooperation.
