Based on that determination, the City of Coppell offered no objections to using a nmoff coefficient for undeveloped land in the design of the drainage from that property. This has allowed the drainage design to have some flexibility and possibly eliminated one outfall. Based on correspondence from the County, drainage can now be placed in a proposed system in Belt Line Road and taken further east before being discharged beneath the DART Rail Line and directly into Grapevine Creek. This design strategy does not preclude the development of the T.U property at some point in the future with either detention or retention and/or rerouting water south to North Lake. I hope this has answered your concerns about the City's position on the drainage design along the western section of Belt Line Road. If you should have any questions please feel free to contact this office at (972)304-3679. Sincerely, Kenneth M. Griffin, P. E. Director of Engineering and Public Works ~le/proj/dallasS. 97
