Lot 1, Block 1 Construction Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. Schneeberg: The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition and with the following conditions, the plans will be approved. General Notes - The legal description of the property is located on the plat and does not need to appear on the cover sheet of the plan set. Erosion Control - l. Show the proposed location of the construction entrance. 2. Provide a construction site notice in accordance with TCEQ General Permit Number TXR 150000. Utility Profiles - Provide written verification from the Dallas Water Utilities Division for permission to cross their easement for the existing 30" waterline. Please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. These fees consist of impact and construction inspection fees to be paid to this office as requested in the revised Fee Assessment Letter dated May 1, 2003. The City assesses a 2% inspection fee for all private construction and 4% for public installations.
