THE ALPHA TECHNICIAN TRAVELED TO THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT SITE TO MONITOR ON-GOING
WORK AND PERFORM FIELD TESTING AS REQUESTED.
WHILE ON SITE THE TECHNICIAN OBTAINED 2 SOIL SAMPLES FOR LABORATORY PROCTOR ANALYSIS. THE
SAMPLES WERE OBTAINED FROM THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
1) NATCHES DRIVE AT STATION 11+00
2) NATCHES DRIVE AT STATION 16+00
LABORATORY TEST RESULTS FOR ALL RELATED ITEMS REFERENCED ABOVE WILL FOLLOW ON A
SEPARATE REPORT.
CONTRACTOR WAS INFORMED OF ALL OBSERVATIONS AND FIELD TEST RESULTS.
AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SCHEDULED TESTING THE TECHNICIAN RETURNED TO THE DALLAS OFFICE.
