Project Slams
Dear Mr. Griffin:
On February 24, 1996, Dallas County met with the City of Coppell to discuss the proposed
project. At that time the City's review comments along with the following issues were discussed
by Dallas County.
Co,--"~.,-j~ / The Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between the City and the County place the

will provide base drawings for your design.

Moore and Mockingbird intersections. i'he Consultant will not further revise the;
paver layout until the City as decided.
- Line B was discussed at the City/County meeting. Later research of the County's
files shows that Coppell directed the County to use the existing 10' drainage
easement on August 23, 1996. At that time Coppell and the County were
evaltmfing several drainage options for this project. Due the other drainage options
chosen, Line B can now be drained to Line C. However, based on Coppell's
previous direction the County will not ask that the Consultant modify Line B nor
Line C unless the City specifically requests this change.
- / Sidewalks, bridge lights and bridge railings were also discussed at the City/County
,/ meeting. Further research of the County's files shows that on January 11, 1995,
.:' .,.' ,_. % Coppell directed the County to not include sidewalks, etc. on the bridge.

Coppell can make a final decision on the amenities.

Consultant is scheduled to submit final right-of-way and easement documents on March 31, 1997.
As soon as Coppell provides their drainage approval, the Consultant will be directed to begin pre-
final plan preparation. Please contact either myself or Jill M. Brim at 214-653-7151 as soon as
