RE: Coppell Trail Sections — Project # PA 01 -01
The City of Coppell has recently performed a walk -thru for the referenced project. Listed
below are items that need to be addressed:
1. Straighten picnic table & trashcan, paint black.
2. Guardrail behind day care and capstones on sloped sides of retaining wall.
3. Slope at box culverts at Andy Brown West.
4. Densities on finished chat.
5. Clean up from Moore Rd. to West.
6. Sprinkler repair at Trail 4, also backfill & sod.
7. Repair asphalt at construction access in parking lot at Andy Brown West.
8. Repair chain link fence behind day care.
9. Remove all limbs and brush behind day care.
10. Re -sod all damaged areas.
11. Remove construction access rock and re -sod.
12. Rip rap (rock) at culverts on levee.
13. Repair manhole between culverts at west end of Andy Brown West north of 80'
bridge.
14. Guardrails on 2 locations at 2 box culverts at Andy Brown West.
15. Raise wing walls also at that location (ABW).
16. Stripe all concrete trails (not on chat trail section).
17. Remove brush and trees from under 120' bridge.
18. Pour manhole top and center ring 100 feet west of 120' bridge.
19. Check all manholes to make sure they are centered on chimney.
20. Clean dirt off sidewalk on Creekview Dr. where fill was obtained.
