Sandy Lake Road
ST 93-01
Dallas County recently provided the Engineering Department with final construction
plans for Sandy Lake Road, from Kimbel Kourt to the east city limits boundary.
We are entering into a separate agreement with Jacobs Civil, Inc. for additional
design work on the project. Attached is a set of the paving plans for the project.
Please provide the following information on the plans and retum the plans to me:
1. The size and location of the irrigation conduits required in the medians;
:2. The required tap locations; ~ ;~
3. The plans call for brick pavers in all of the median noses. Identify those areas
where you want the brick pavers; and ~,;li_~
4. Any comments you may have related to the plans and the proposed
landscaping.
This information will be incorporated into the design of the roadway. Your consideration
of this matter is appreciated.

irrigation, pavers, and other items in the medians. I was wondering if you had a chance to look at the
plans I sent over. Attached is the memo showing the needed information.
