By the way, we have one of our project coordination meetings scheduled for
next week with you and Ken. We would like to reschedule this meeting for
later in July possibly as late as the 29th of July. We are in that stage
of design where not many issues are left to be resolved before we can
continue with design. Would you please let Ken know and let me know if this

They have not submitted a preliminary drainage plan. They go to P&Z
tonight and then to City Council. We will probably have engineering
review plans in two weeks or so. The preliminary drainage plan should
be in the first set of engineering review plans.

Suzan,
I was out looking at some stuff on West Sandy Lake Road and I noticed some
new survey flags on the property on the Northeast corner of Northpoint &
121. I was just wanting to check with you to see if the city has received
any plans for this property. It is on the upstream end of our watershed for
Sandy Lake Road and it would be nice to know what they are planning to do
with their storm drain system. Thanks for your time.
