Proposed Construction
Dear Mr. Zaccarelli:
The City of Coppell awarded a construction contract to Site Concrete, Inc., for the
Meadowcreek / Rolling Hills 8 -Inch Water Line project. The project consists of the
installation of approximately 5300 linear feet of 8 -inch PVC water line and related
appurtenances. The water line will generally be constructed in the north right -of -way along
Meadowcreek Road and the west right -of -way along Rolling Hills Road. It is anticipated that
construction will begin in two to four weeks, with an estimated completion time of 120
calendar days. The construction will impact many of the mailboxes along Meadowcreek and
Rolling Hills, and mail service to this area may need to be modified during construction.
Enclosed is a plan sheet showing the overall layout of the water line.
