This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Park 'N Fly Addition. Final Plat,
located along the northeast corner of Royal Lane and Cotton Road, and a developer's agreement,
establishing the payment of funds for improvements to Gateway Boulevazd, was approved by
the Copped City Council on Tuesday, May 10, 1994.
No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to November 10,
1994, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing plats.
