At this time Brockette-Davis-Drake, Inc. respectfully requests that the city allow 4000 psi concrete to be
used on our project site. This is in lieu of using 3500 psi concrete with a lime stabilized subgrade. We
request this under the understanding that any paving in the public R.O.W. still requires aflex-base
subgrade.
