Griffin: After reviewing maps you sent to Explorer Pipeline Company (EPL) regarding the referenced project, EPL finds no conflicts between its 12 -inch, high - pressure products pipeline and the proposed drainage Project. EPL has a 12 -inch pipeline in Coppell that crosses MacArthur, however your project limits are approximately 2 miles north of our pipeline and therefore, your proposed project will not affect the pipeline.
