Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. O'Donnell:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Grading Plan -
1. Indicate the gutter elevation for the inlet in the southeast corner of the parking lot.
2. The 0.80% swale to the inlet in Denton Tap may not drain due to the inlet being higher than
the adjacent ground. Consider modifying the inlet to create an open back to drain into.
3. Verify that the side slope of the driveway onto Natches Trace Drive meets ADA guidelines.
Details -
1. Silicone joint sealant is required at all joints.
2. Revise pavement section to reflect the proposed pavement subgrade and strength.
Once the necessary corrections have been made, please return this marked-up set and two sets
of revised plans to the City for review. If you have any questions or need any additional
