Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Porter:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Plat -
1. Dimension the width of all easements.
Grading Plan -
1. A duplicate Grading Plan sheet was included with this plan set and the Utility Plan was not included.
2. It would be helpful on this sheet to show the proposed edge-of-pavement and curb elevations for the
improvements to Sandy Lake Road.
3. Currently A-5 and the drive approach to Sandy Lake Road drain to the street. Once Sandy Lake Road
is complete, these areas will flow on-site. Have you addressed these issues with respect to pipe and
inlet sizes?
4. FYI -the Sandy Lake Road plans were designed with the assumption that this site was undeveloped.
Storm Sewer Plan/Profile -
1. Include a headwall of slope end treatment on the west end of line `T1'. This will provide for added
protection to the pipe and safety for eastbound vehicles.
2. Include a profile of Line `C'.
Once the necessary corrections have been made, please return this marked-up set and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. If you have any questions or need any additional information, please contact
