Review Comments for Riverview Office Development dated June 6, 2003:
GENERAL NOTES:
1.) All plans have been updated to reflect the new driveway location.
PLAT:
1.) The drainage easement has been adjusted per request.
GRADING PLAN:
1.) The grades at the entrance drive on to Sandy Lake have been adjusted to keep runoff
from entering Sandy Lake Road.
DRAINAGE AREA MAP:
1.) The slope has been increased to 1.25 percent. This is the maximum that can be achieved
in this area.
STORM SEWER PLAN/PROFILE:
1.) A profile of Line "Tl"has been provided.
2.) A letter has been drafted and is provided with this transmittal. All that is required is a
signature from the City Engineer and the Property Owner.
