There are two points of access for this area. One point of access is from Parkway Blvd., which is restricted due to the location of a TU Electric transformer box. The other point of access is from the alley adjacent to your property. There is an existing utility easement at this point which is difficult to use at the present time due to an encroachment of your fence into the utility easement. This letter is written as a request asking you to relocate your fence approximately eight feet north of its existing location. The relocation of your fence will provide an opening of approximately fifteen feet to allow the mowing equipment access behind your home. The City will place a gate at the end of the alley to restrict any unauthorized vehicles from accessing to this area. Your consideration of this matter will be greatly appreciated.
