Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214 -462 -0022 This is a follow -up letter to my October 8 and November 20, 1996 letters requesting that you relocate your rear fence approximately eight feet north of its existing location. As mentioned in the previous letters, your fence is located in an existing utility easement which is difficult to access at the present time due to the encroachment of your fence. By relocating your fence approximately eight feet to the north, the City's mowing equipment will be able to access the drainage easement from the alley adjacent to your property. The City will place a gate at the end of the alley to restrict any unauthorized vehicles from accessing the drainage easement. We did talk about this request but nothing has been done to address the problem. With the approach of the mowing season, it is very important to have this access point accessible as soon as possible.
