Trinity Shores Addition: Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan; 2. Riverview Estates: Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan; 3. Riverview Office Development: Minor Plat, Dimension Control Plan, Storm Sewer Plan/Profile and Paving Plan; and 4. St. Joseph Village: Final Plat, Dimensional Control and Paving Plan, Dimensional Control Coordinate Tables and Starleaf Street Plan/Profile. The Trinity Shores and Riverview Estates plans show the location of the 12-inch water line along the south side of Sandy Lake Road. The Riverview Office Development and St. Josephs plans show the location of new drives and a street along Sandy Lake Road. The Sandy Lake Road plans have been sent to the Parks and Recreation Department for the location and sizes of irrigation conduit and tap locations.
