Additional Design Information
Dear Ms. Kiger:
As discussed in our June 19, 2003 meeting, enclosed please find the following plan sheets
related to the additional design work on Sandy Lake Road:
1. Trinity Shores Addition: Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan;
2. Riverview Estates: Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan;
3. Riverview Office Development: Minor Plat, Dimension Control Plan, Storm
Sewer Plan/Profile and Paving Plan; and
4. St. Joseph Village: Final Plat, Dimensional Control and Paving Plan,
Dimensional Control Coordinate Tables and Starleaf Street Plan/Profile.
The Trinity Shores and Riverview Estates plans show the location of the 12-inch water
line along the south side of Sandy Lake Road. The Riverview Office Development and
St. Josephs plans show the location of new drives and a street along Sandy Lake Road.
The Sandy Lake Road plans have been sent to the Parks and Recreation Department for
the location and sizes of irrigation conduit and tap locations. This information will be
