Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Mutual Drainage Easement Adjacent to Heartz Road Dear Ms. Bowman: At the first Development Review Committee meeting, the city staff raised the question about the drainage way available to accept downstream drainage from the proposed development and there was some discussion about the existing Mutual Drainage Easement between the Parks of Coppell Joint Venture and ABO Development Corporation. For your files I enclose a copy of that document which is recorded in the Dallas County records. In our contractual agreements with ABQ Development Corporation for the purchase of the platted property, there exist agreements whereby the mutual drainage easement, in its present or future modified form, will be required to be maintained for the benefit of the property being platted.
